The band Dead Meadow wrote the nicest thing possible about Zoneplex today! From their Facebook:
…A long time Dead Meadow friend, collaborator, far-out musician and spiritual guide, Shelby Cinca, has turned his attention to fantasy game design. Shelby recorded the first two Dead Meadow records on an ADAT, back when we were just “kids.” This is a tangible Kickstarter that we can get behind. Behold, the Zoneplex! I don’t know about you guys, but when Dead Meadow was younger we were very influenced by the art and imagery of role-playing games like AD&D. It was a format that provided amazing art work in books such as the “Monster Manuals” and also allowed us to paint our own pictures in our minds and expand our imaginations. Today, Shelby is trying to carry on that tradition in a digital world. He really put a lot of thought and time into this and got some great talent involved, but I’lll let you guys read the description on his page. Please don’t let this amazing, imaginative format fall by the wayside like so many other beautiful things in this world. If anybody could find it in their hearts to kick a couple of dollars towards Zoneplex Shelby would be eternally grateful.
Yeah! Zoneplex on Kickstarter.
